RFQ - Procurement of Cyber Assets/Services Supporting the Bulk Electric System

The Los Angeles Department of Water and Power (LADWP) is seeking vendors to provide cyber assets, equipment, software, or services that support the Bulk Electric System. This procurement is in compliance with the North American Electric Reliability Corporation (NERC) Critical Infrastructure Protection (CIP) Standard-013. The selected vendor will need to meet the requirements outlined in LADWP's CIP-013 Supply Chain Cyber Security Risk Management Plan. • The vendor must be prequalified by LADWP to participate in the bidding process. • The vendor must provide cyber assets, equipment, software, or services that support the Bulk Electric System. • The vendor must comply with the NERC CIP-013 Standard and LADWP's CIP-013 Supply Chain Cyber Security Risk Management Plan. • Additional information on the new regulation and prequalification process can be found at https://www.ladwp.com/CIP13scrm.
