Handheld Network Analyzer FSH8

The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to negotiate a non-competitive contract with Rohde and Schwartz for the acquisition of a Handheld Network Analyzer Part Number FSH8. The analyzer will be used in support of the United States Navy (USN) Pt. Mugu, specifically for the P-8A Poseidon Program. The proposed contract action is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source. • The contract is for a single Handheld Network Analyzer Part Number FSH8. • The analyzer is intended for use in support of the P-8A Poseidon Program. • The contract is non-competitive, with the Government intending to negotiate with Rohde and Schwartz. • The contract is for supplies, and the Government believes that awarding the contract to any other source would result in substantial duplication of cost.
