Low-Level Radioactive Waste Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA)

The United States Government, represented by Army Contracting Command- Rock Island (ACC-RI), is seeking to establish a Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) for the identification, removal, remediation, processing, and disposal associated with Low-Level Radioactive Waste (LLRW) projects. The place of performance will be project-specific for each task order. The BOA will have a 5-year ordering period, and the total duration of the BOA, including all options, shall not exceed 5 years. • The requirement is a competitive 8(a) set-aside. • The Government reserves the right to amend this solicitation should legislative or regulatory changes impact the viability of the 8(a) set-aside. • Qualification Documentation for BOA Acceptance Proposals must be submitted electronically. • The Government may employ Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools to assist in the analysis and review of offeror proposals.
