The County of McHenry is seeking a qualified vendor to replace its incumbent payment processor and provide a full‑stack payment‑processing solution for the County Treasurer’s office. The solution must support e‑check, debit/credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, QR‑code, and future payment methods across web, IVR, and POS channels, integrate with the County’s DevNet and Dynamics 365 systems, and include comprehensive reporting, taxpayer notifications, and 24/7/365 human support during the tax‑season. Four new POS terminals will be required, and the vendor must meet PCI‑DSS, fraud‑prevention, and all applicable Illinois statutes.
