Substitute Services

The Topeka Public Schools is seeking proposals for substitute services. The district is looking for a provider to supply substitute teachers, paraprofessionals, and other support staff as needed. The provider will be responsible for recruiting, training, and placing substitutes in various schools within the district. The contract will be for a period of 12 months, with the option to renew. • The provider must be able to supply substitutes for a variety of positions, including teachers, paraprofessionals, and other support staff. • The provider must have a system in place for recruiting, training, and placing substitutes. • The provider must be able to provide substitutes on short notice, including same-day requests. • The provider must have a system for tracking and managing substitute assignments and hours worked. • The provider must be able to provide reports and data on substitute usage and placement.
