On-call, Multidisciplinary Engineering Firms

The Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh (URA) is issuing an RFP to engage one or more on‑call, multidisciplinary engineering and consulting firms to provide a full suite of professional services for the preparation of publicly and privately owned parcels across the city. Services will be delivered on a task‑order basis and may include environmental investigations, site surveys, engineering design, permitting assistance, demolition planning, utility coordination, construction‑management and inspection (CMCI), and related support needed to make sites “shovel‑ready” for future development. Firms will submit rate schedules and fee proposals; the URA may award contracts to multiple firms to ensure breadth of expertise.
