Granville Station Public Water Main Extension/Private Water Loop Extension

The City of Milwaukee is soliciting bids for the Granville Station Public Water Main Extension and Private Water Loop Extension project located in the former Northridge Mall property at West Menard Road/North 80th Street and West Brown Deer Road. The work includes extensive excavation, installation of new water mains of various diameters, demolition of existing pavement, erosion control, traffic control, connection to existing infrastructure, and restoration of asphalt pavement and landscaping.
