The City of Durham is seeking a qualified contractor to design, supply, install, test, and commission a fleet of battery‑electric bus charging stations (including power block, powerlink, and associated pads) along with all required civil, electrical, and site‑control work. The scope covers site preparation, erosion control, concrete washout facilities, traffic control, utility coordination, construction of transformer and switchboard pads, installation of heavy‑duty safety bollards, and full electrical conduit, wiring, and termination for two Power Block units and one Powerlink unit.
