The City of Salina is seeking an engineering consulting firm to design the replacement of three deteriorated culverts on Fairdale Road. The scope includes hydrologic/hydraulic analysis, design documents, easement acquisition assistance, utility coordination, and integration with a recently installed downstream box culvert. The consultant must submit a qualifications packet by the deadline, after which the City will evaluate experience, personnel, and approach to select a firm for design services. • Evaluate replacement alternatives and update hydraulic analyses using the 2008 drainage study and the new downstream box culvert. • Produce preliminary and final design plans, specifications, and analysis reports. • Assist with easement preparation, legal descriptions, and coordination for utility relocations. • Provide staff resumes and demonstrate prior similar culvert or small bridge projects.
