Residential Lots, Right-of-Way, and Vegetation Management Services

The City of Jackson, Mississippi, is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to provide residential lot mowing, right-of-way maintenance, grass cutting, trimming, edging, litter and debris removal, brush control, and vegetation management services for City-owned, City-maintained, and City-designated properties. The contractor will be responsible for performing all necessary work, including mowing, trimming, edging, litter removal, debris removal, herbicide applications, brush control, corrective work, and other required maintenance activities. The contract term is expected to be 6-8 months, with the possibility of extension or renewal. • The contractor must have at least 3 years of experience performing similar services. • The contractor must have adequate staffing, equipment, supervision, and financial capacity to perform the work. • The contractor must provide insurance coverage as required by the RFP. • The contractor must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, ordinances, rules, and regulations.
