Health Services for Employees

Shawnee County is seeking a qualified provider to deliver comprehensive occupational health services for its employees. The scope includes pre‑ and post‑offer physical examinations, periodic duty‑related exams, Department of Transportation (DOT) drug and alcohol testing, and related health assessments. This RFQ is intended to identify firms with the requisite expertise, certifications, and capacity to support county staff health requirements on an ongoing basis. • Provide pre‑employment medical exams and periodic health assessments. • Conduct DOT‑required drug and alcohol testing for employees. • Offer duty‑specific examinations and post‑injury evaluations. • Maintain records and ensure compliance with federal and state occupational health regulations. • Deliver services across Shawnee County facilities as needed.
