HPLC-MSMS 6470 Service Contract

The Oklahoma Department of Agriculture, Food and Forestry is seeking a one-year service contract with preventative maintenance work performed on-site for an HPLC-MSMS 6470 Triple Quadrupole Instrument System. The contract will include the provision of new items of current design and technology, unless specified otherwise. The bidder must submit a firm, fixed price for the term of the contract, including optional renewal terms. The bid must be structured in separate, labelled, and easily identifiable sections using the bid packet format provided. • The bidder must provide a cover page, executive summary, required forms, certifications, and disclosures. • The bidder must submit a bid packet that includes all required sections, including pricing, financial information, and business references. • The bidder must comply with all State of Oklahoma terms and conditions relating to the contract. • The State of Oklahoma reserves the right to determine a bidder's financial status and to withhold award to a bidder who is not deemed financially responsible.
