RFSQ for Street Sweeping Services (BRC0000470)

The Los Angeles County Public Works department is seeking qualified contractors to provide street sweeping services. The purpose of this solicitation is to establish a qualified list of contractors that can perform work when Public Works anticipates the need for street sweeping services. Interested and qualified proposers are invited to submit a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) to become a qualified contractor. The SOQ should include the proposer's ability to successfully provide the required services outlined in the solicitation. • The contract is subject to prevailing wage payments pursuant to the California Labor Code. • The County's Living Wage Ordinance is applicable to the resultant contract. • Proposers must meet all minimum requirements listed in the solicitation and complete Form PW-15 (Minimum Mandatory Requirements). • The RFSQ process may take several weeks to establish an initial Qualified Contractors List. • Public Works may release Invitation for Bids solicitation(s) exclusively to those firms on the Qualified Contractors List in the coming months.
