The City of Daytona Beach is soliciting bids to design, supply, install, and commission six exterior security camera poles at Cypress Aquatic Park. The work includes civil pole installation, mounting Axis P3748‑PLVE cameras, installing NEMA‑4X enclosures with power and fiber‑optic connections, laying and terminating OM3/OM4 fiber, installing hardened UPS power distribution, conduit and grounding, and providing all necessary hardware, programming, Genetec licensing, and as‑built documentation. The contractor must also handle utility locates, comply with NFPA‑70, and deliver a fully operational surveillance system ready for integration with the City’s network. • Install six 20‑ft direct‑burial aluminum poles with proper wind rating. • Mount Axis cameras, NEMA‑4X enclosures, power outlets, and fiber media converters on each pole. • Run and terminate OM3/OM4 fiber and outdoor‑rated Cat6 cabling to each pole. • Provide UPS power system with 20‑minute runtime and voltage‑drop calculations. • Install dual SCH‑40 PVC conduits (power & fiber) per pole with required handholds. • Perform camera aiming, configuration, licensing, and testing with City staff. • Deliver complete as‑built drawings and documentation at project close‑out.
