The vehicle must be able to safely and efficiently transport instructors and role players, as well as equipment, through challenging and unimproved terrain. The required vehicle specifications include a light and agile design, upgraded transmission, enclosed protection, dual LED headlights, and a factory-installed winch. The vehicle must also meet performance capability of a 999cc, twin-cylinder, liquid-cooled ProStar engine (61 HP) with 2,500 lb. towing capacity and 1,000 lb. cargo box capacity.
