Stormwater Master Plan

The City of Clemson seeks qualified consulting firms to develop a comprehensive, city‑wide Stormwater Master Plan. The scope includes identifying current flooding issues, assessing the existing stormwater infrastructure, updating the Capital Improvement Plan (CIP), and evaluating the municipal stormwater management program to prioritize and fund future mitigation projects.
