Montana State University’s Procurement & Contract Services is issuing a Notice of Intent to Sole Source Sierra Nevada Company, LLC for the integration of a government‑developed module into a Multi‑Function Electromagnetic Warfare (MFEW) system. The effort includes software integration, cybersecurity hardening, and hardware integration to enhance the system for counter‑UAS and ground‑based air‑defense capabilities.
