Boingo Wi-Fi Sole Source

The U.S. Army is seeking vendors to provide Boingo on-site Wi-Fi network capabilities in Camp Funston Barracks, supporting 371 users. The network must have capabilities to accommodate video conferencing, streaming, and other high-bandwidth applications, with minimum download speeds of 25 Mbps and upload speeds of 5 Mbps.
