The U.S. Coast Guard is seeking a contractor to provide various hazmat related items for the USCG Base Kodiak HAZMIN Center. The required items include engine cleaner, adhesives, oils, and other chemical products. The contractor must be a small business, and the acquisition is set-aside 100% for small businesses. The evaluation criteria will be based on best value, with technical and delivery schedule being more important than price. • The contractor must provide all the required items as specified in the attached SF-18. • The contractor must deliver the items to USCG Base Kodiak, Alaska, at the HAZMIN Center, Shipping and Receiving Bldg 26. • The contractor must comply with all applicable FAR provisions and clauses. • The contractor must provide a complete copy of FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Products and Commercial Services, completed in SAM.gov at the time of quote submission.
