The Massachusetts Department of State Police (MSP) seeks responses for the acquisition of equipment including but not limited to: engraving, etching, cutting, photo ID equipment, and all related supplies, parts, tools, training, and related maintenance and repairs. This contract will also include related software/applications not covered by a Statewide Contract. Bidders may bid on one or more of the categories: Category 1 - Laser Engraving, etching, cutting equipment, supplies, training, and maintenance/repair services; Category 2 - Photo ID equipment, supplies, accessories, software, training, and maintenance/repair services; Category 3 - Aluminum Tags and Other Tags as needed. • Category 1: Engraving, etching, and cutting related manufacturing equipment, parts, and tools • Category 2: Photo ID equipment, supplies, accessories, software, training, and maintenance/repair services • Category 3: Aluminum Tags and Other Tags as needed • Contract duration: Up to 8 years • Estimated procurement calendar: Bid release date - September 25, 2025; Deadline for submission of bid questions - October 17, 2025; Bid opening date/time - October 27, 2025, at 3:00 PM EST
