Medical Repair and Renewal (MRR) Korea

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is seeking contractors to perform comprehensive medical facility repair, renovation, conversion, alteration, additions, construction, and equipment procurement/installation at U.S. government medical sites in Korea. Contractors will assess problem areas, develop design solutions, create work plans, and execute construction or renovation tasks within negotiated cost parameters. The effort may include standalone construction without ancillary services. This contract supports the Defense Health Agency (DHA) and requires rapid, expeditious delivery of high‑quality construction services in a foreign operational environment. • Scope includes survey, design, and construction of medical facility upgrades and new builds. • Work performed at multiple undisclosed locations throughout Korea. • Contractors must manage site investigations, develop work plans, and procure/install equipment as needed. • Emphasis on cost‑controlled, timely execution to support DHA mission readiness.
