Peer-to-Peer Support Services for Families in Kaua'i County

The Hawaii State Department of Health is seeking a community-based organization to provide peer-to-peer support services for families in Kaua'i County who are impacted by substance use and child welfare involvement. The services should focus on relationship-building, engagement, navigation, and practical assistance to help families remain connected and supported. The selected vendor will be required to provide monthly reports and participate in coordination meetings and training. The contract will be for a period of 7 months, from February 15, 2026, to September 30, 2026, with a total compensation not exceeding $99,808.00. • The vendor must demonstrate experience in providing peer-to-peer support services and have an established presence in Kaua'i County. • The vendor must provide a detailed narrative describing how they meet the service specifications and requirements. • The vendor must submit a completed Cost and Timeline Quote Table as part of their response. • The vendor must be registered with Hawaii Compliance Express (HCE) to be eligible for award.
