Transfer Case Assembly Purchase

The Mission Installation Contracting Command (MICC) at Fort Jackson is conducting market research to identify potential providers for a Transfer Case Assembly purchase. The assembly must be a remanufactured model number Fabco TC 237, compatible with an Allison 3000 EVS-P Main Transmission. The procurement includes delivery and warranty of the remanufactured unit. The contractor must provide a fully functional, remanufactured Transfer Case Assembly, rebuilt to OEM standards, dynamic load tested, and shipped pre-filled with a test report. The assembly must be packaged securely on a standard pallet to prevent damage during delivery. • The Transfer Case Assembly must meet exact specifications of the original equipment to ensure proper fit to the existing Allision Transmission and Drive Systems. • The unit must be delivered within thirty (30) calendar days after receipt of order to Building 2602 Liberty Division Road, Fort Jackson, South Carolina 29207. • The contractor must provide a standard warranty for no less than twelve (12) months or 12,000 miles from date of Government acceptance. • The contractor must be located within a 40-mile radius of Fort Jackson, SC.
