Description
The Department of Commerce’s Bureau of Industry and Security is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive occupational medical screening services under a firm‑fixed‑price Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA). The BPA will have a 12‑month base period with four optional 12‑month extensions, allowing up to five years of service. Vendors must submit a technical and price quotation by September 7, 2026, and may ask questions until August 31, 2026. The award will be based on best value, with technical factors weighted more heavily than price. The scope includes medical clearance reviews, fitness‑for‑duty evaluations, occupational health surveillance, and coordination of nationwide examination networks.
• Provide medical clearance, fitness‑for‑duty, and occupational health surveillance case reviews.
• Conduct physical exams, lab tests, audiograms, vision tests, EKGs, and related assessments.
• Develop and implement consistent screening protocols and scheduling/coordination procedures.
• Maintain a nationwide network of qualified occupational health providers and laboratories.
• Submit fixed‑unit pricing with volume‑tiered rates; optional extensions up to 66 months total contract length.
• Demonstrate recent (last 5 years) experience in similar occupational medicine services for federal or comparable entities.
