Moving and Installation Services

The State of Nebraska’s Department of Administrative Services, Materiel Division, is seeking qualified vendors to provide comprehensive installation and/or moving services for office furnishings across state agencies. The contract will be a fixed‑price services agreement with a four‑year base term and up to two optional two‑year renewals. Vendors must supply all labor, equipment, packing materials, and must adhere to strict historic‑building protection, background‑check, and insurance requirements. The solicitation is open to Nebraska‑based firms (preference eligible) and will be awarded after an electronic opening on February 3 2026, with award expected March 20 2026. • Scope includes installation of cubicles, demountable walls, and other office furniture, plus moving of equipment to state surplus facilities or for disposal. • Vendors must submit a completed Cost Sheet with “not‑to‑exceed” hourly rates for each service year, provide a Project Manager on‑site, and meet extensive security, background‑check, and insurance criteria. • The contract may be awarded to one or more vendors; the State reserves the right to award additional contracts in the future.
