Tube Hand Bender

The US Air Force is seeking information about a self-contained rotary draw pipe and tube bender that matches specific characteristics. The system must be capable of bending aircraft-grade tubing and include all necessary dies and components. The bender must be constructed from high-strength steel and have a clear, easy-to-read degree-of-bend indicator. • The system must be able to bend tubing from 0.25 inches to 2.0 inches in outside diameter. • The system must be capable of producing bends up to 180° with precision. • The system must include a comprehensive set of dies, clamp blocks, and mandrels. • The system must have a comprehensive operator's manual and a minimum of a three-year comprehensive system warranty.
