Sewer Improvement District No. 587 & Street Improvement District No. 601

The City of Bismarck is seeking bids for the construction of Storm Sewer and Asphaltic Concrete Pavement and related items for Sewer Improvement District No. 587 & Street Improvement District No. 601. The project includes approximately 1,400 LF of storm sewer, 11 manholes, 6 inlets, 2,100 tons of blended base, 5,800 LF of standard curb and gutter, 2,800 tons of AC superpave, and related items. The substantial completion date is 7/2/27 and the final completion date is 7/30/27. • The bid documents are available for download at www.QuestCDN.com for a $22.00 payment. • A separate $42.00 payment is required for electronic bidding. • The contractor shall upload a copy of his license or renewal thereof and a bidder’s bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid. • The bid bond shall be conditioned that if the principal’s bid is accepted and a contract is awarded, the principal shall execute the contract within ten days of receipt of the notice of award.
