Westbury Union Free School District seeks a qualified vendor to provide full‑time certified athletic‑trainer services for the 2025‑2026 school year. The contractor must staff one Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC) for 27 hours per week during school weeks, deliver two coaching‑staff workshops and two student‑athlete workshops, supply physician coverage for all home football games, and ensure compliance with NY State concussion‑management policies, insurance, and safety regulations. The contract is initially one year (July 1 2025 – June 30 2026) with the option to extend up to five years. • Provide one ATC (or qualified PT substitute) 27 hrs/week Aug 18 – June 13. • Conduct two ≤1½‑hour workshops for coaches and two for student‑athletes. • Provide physician coverage for each home football game. • Supply necessary medical supplies, facilities when schools close, and administer ImPACT concussion testing. • Maintain extensive liability, professional E&O, and excess insurance with the District as additional insured; comply with SAVE fingerprinting, Iran Divestment Act, and non‑collusive certifications.
