Independence Day Fireworks Display

The City of Pittsburgh is seeking a qualified professional or firm to provide a fireworks show for the City's Independence Day Celebration on July 4, 2027. The selected firm will be responsible for designing and executing a 25-minute fireworks display at the confluence of the three rivers. The firm will also be required to provide a musical soundtrack, obtain necessary permits and insurance, and ensure safety protocols are in place. The City is interested in comparing pricing for one, two, and three-year term agreements. • The firm must have experience in providing similar services, including designing and executing fireworks displays. • The firm must provide a detailed proposal outlining their approach, qualifications, and experience. • The firm must provide a cost proposal that includes pricing options for one, two, and three-year agreements. • The firm must demonstrate a good faith effort to obtain participation from minority-owned, women-owned, and veteran-owned businesses.
