11' Steel Service Body and Crane Up-Fit - Rebid

The City of Lincoln, NE - Fleet Management is seeking bids for the up-fit of a 2026 Ford F550 4WD Crew Cab with a 11' steel service body and crane. The body and crane will be used by the LTU Waste Water Division for repair and maintenance of sanitary sewer systems. The successful bidder will be responsible for transporting the cab and chassis from the Fleet Services Shop to their place of business, installing the body and accessories, and delivering the completed unit to the Fleet Services Garage. The bid must include all installation, pick-up, and delivery costs. • The body and crane must meet the specifications outlined in the bid document, including dimensions, design, and construction. • The crane must be a 10,000 Ft. Lb. moment rated electric telescoping crane with a power boom extension from 7' to 16' and 360o continuous power rotation. • The lighting system must meet F.M.V.S.S. 108 and include warning lights, stop, tail, turn, and backup lights, and a Whelen LINCSYSY4 light bar. • The power inverter must be an Ultimate Power Model UP12/4000SD, 12 volt Pure-Sine AC power inverter, and the battery bank must consist of three deep cycle, 12 V. Group 31 AGM batteries. • The successful bidder must provide proof of insurance and warranty information.
