T&M Landscape & Turf

The Miami University is seeking a contractor to provide time and material services for landscape and turf maintenance at its various campuses. The contractor will be responsible for furnishing labor, service, equipment, and materials for maintenance and repair work, alterations, and other minor construction on an "as needed" basis. The contractor must have a minimum of five years of experience in turf establishment and restoration. The contract term will be for three years, with the option to renew for two additional one-year periods. The contractor will be required to provide a detailed breakdown of their rates for various worker classifications, as well as information on their experience, facilities, and equipment.
