Procure for Bulk Cryogenics

The Naval Surface Warfare Center Indian Head Division (NSWC IHD) is seeking a vendor to provide a continuous, firm‑fixed‑price supply of bulk non‑medical grade liquid nitrogen (LN₂) and liquid carbon dioxide (CO₂) for laboratory and test‑equipment use. The contract will be awarded on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis, with a base period of twelve (12) months and up to four (4) one‑year option extensions, for a total potential performance period of five (5) years. Deliveries are required monthly (12 deliveries per year) to the Indian Head, MD facility, with a one‑time emergency “Hot Fill” service available on 24‑hour notice. All quotations must include shipping, handling, and comply with specified brand and tank specifications.
