The Oklahoma State University and the A&M Colleges are seeking a vendor to provide feed rations for Oklahoma Panhandle State University in Goodwell, OK on an as-needed basis. The evaluation method for this RFQ will be "lowest and best". The vendor must agree to the attached terms and conditions and complete and upload the Non-collusion Certificate. The feed rations must meet the specifications located in the "Buyer Attachments" section of this solicitation.
