The U.S. Forest Service intends to award a single-source contract for the supply of 8,250 tons of commercial-grade (reject) aggregate. The aggregate will be loaded into Forest Service dump trucks at the supplier's location on an as-needed basis. The contract period is from February 1, 2026, to November 30, 2026. The contractor must demonstrate the ability to supply aggregate materials from pit locations operating within or adjacent to Clackamas, Linn, Benton, and Deschutes Counties in Central Oregon. • The contractor must provide commercial-grade (reject) aggregate with no less than 16% passing the #200 sieve. • The aggregate will be measured by vehicle weight tickets. • The contractor must coordinate supply with the Contracting Officer's Representative prior to the start of operations. • The contractor must provide gradation results for the commercial-grade (reject) aggregate.
