Digital Badging and Micro-Credentialing Solution

The 42nd Contracting Squadron at Maxwell AFB is seeking a digital badging and micro-credentialing solution to support faculty and student development. The solution should provide a scalable automated capability to issue, manage, and verify digital credentials. The contract will be a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract utilizing Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) Part 12, Commercial Products and Services. • The system should be able to issue, manage, and verify digital credentials aligned with modernizing learning, incentivizing faculty development and enhancing recognition of competency-based achievement. • The contractor needs to be registered in the DoD System for Award Management (SAM) and be eligible to process invoices through Wide Area Workflow (WAWF). • The period of performance is from 15 June 2026 to 14 June 2029, with two option years.
