SDSU Athletics Women's Basketball Air Charter Services 2026-2027

The South Dakota State University Athletics department is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide air charter services for the women's basketball team for the 2026-2027 season. The contract will be awarded to one or more vendors, and the successful vendor(s) will be responsible for providing air charter services for up to eight trips. The vendor must have experience in managing all aspects of travel for women's basketball charters and must be able to accommodate the team's equipment and baggage. • The contract will be for the 2026-2027 women's basketball season only. • The vendor must provide a confirmation of the team schedule, including information regarding additional costs involved with providing last-minute flexibility in arrival and departure times. • The vendor must state when the last change in schedule can be made prior to a flight. • Any payment to the carrier/charter company must be held in an approved escrow account until the trip is completed. • The vendor must provide detailed invoices to SDSU to ensure accuracy of charges and any discrepancies will be handled in a timely manner.
