5th Street & Lake Bay Court Drainage Improvements - Phase 2

This project constructs and connects a stormwater system to an existing stubbed storm line within the railroad right-of-way. Include are a water quality vault, four catch basins, four manholes and 171 feet of PVC pipe. Additionally, it includes approximately 140 linear feet of phased asphalt roadway reconstruction, curbing, drainage pans, landscaping, signing, striping, and miscellaneous amenities.
