Bremerhaven S&RTS

The United States Transportation Command (USTRANSCOM) is seeking information about solutions for Stevedoring and Related Terminal Services (S&RTS) in Bremerhaven, Germany. The contractor will be responsible for handling the import and export of designated USG cargo. The contract is anticipated to be an Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a base period of performance from 01 May 2027 to 30 April 2032, with an optional six-month extension. • The contractor shall complete all tasks as outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). • The contractor is required to perform all requirements for this contract for which the USG will compensate the contractor at the applicable commodity rate, per the designated Schedule of Rates (SOR). • The place of performance is Bremerhaven, Germany. • USTRANSCOM is seeking information from capable businesses of all sizes, including large and small business concerns and all socioeconomic categories.
