Implementation Coaches

Cincinnati Public Schools (CPS) is seeking a qualified organization to provide consultant services to strengthen the District's ability to effectively use data tools to support informed decision-making. The selected consultant will work collaboratively with District staff to provide services including field observation, teaching model, co-teaching, professional learning, coaching, and technical assistance on the effective use of District data tools. The consultant will also evaluate the District's current data systems and provide practical recommendations to improve functionality, efficiency, and usability. • The consultant will model identified current teaching strategies that are aligned to the data. • The consultant will assist the District in building and strengthening a comprehensive system of data inquiry. • The consultant will provide examples demonstrating experience leading or supporting Multi-Tiered Systems of Support. • The consultant will provide examples demonstrating experience using Improvement Science methods to strengthen the implementation of high-quality instructional materials. • The consultant will provide a copy of their current student data privacy and security policy. • The consultant will upload a short video to introduce their core team and provide how their agency can provide the strategies outlined in the RFQ.
