The Navy’s Supply Command (NAVSUP) at Pearl Harbor is seeking a qualified contractor to furnish, deliver, and fully assemble a complete set of household furniture for the Commander Navy Region Hawaii (CNRH) Family Housing Loaner Furniture Program at two locations: Joint Base Pearl Harbor‑Hickam (JBPHH) and the Pacific Missile Range Facility (PMRF). The solicitation is a combined synopsis/solicitation under FAR Part 12 (commercial items) and will be awarded on a firm‑fixed‑price basis. All items must be delivered and installed no later than 31 December 2026. The contractor must provide detailed brand, model, country‑of‑origin, technical specifications, photographs, warranty information, and a logistics plan. Past performance references and a discount are encouraged. The award will be based on best value, considering price, technical compliance, and past performance. • Provide item‑by‑item quote for all furniture listed in Attachment 2 (dining tables, chairs, nightstands, dressers, sofas, accent chairs, end tables, coffee tables, beds, mattresses, lamps, etc.). • Include freight, delivery, and on‑site assembly costs. • Submit a technical capability package with exact make/model, origin, specs, and photos (no generic images). • Deliver to JBPHH (510 Kuntz Ave., Warehouse 1722‑HK, HI 96853) and PMRF (Barking Sands/Family Housing, Bldg 374 Nohili Rd, Kekaha, HI 96752‑0128). • Must remove and dispose of installation debris. • Provide warranty and claims handling narrative. • Provide past‑performance references for similar government furniture procurements. • Questions due 09 Sep 2026 (1 PM HST); quotation due 14 Sep 2026 (10 AM HST) via email to the listed contact.
