We are seeking a stem for a 2‑inch ball valve that must conform to Newport News Shipbuilding drawings 257388 and 257389 (Piece 5). The stem material shall be ASTM‑B150, Alloy C63200, temper TQ50, and must meet extensive quality‑assurance requirements, including non‑destructive testing, thread inspection per FED‑STD‑H28, welding/brazing qualifications, mercury‑free certification, and full traceability. The contract is a fixed‑price purchase order with a one‑year warranty from delivery. • Material compliance with specific naval drawings and ASTM‑B150 alloy specifications. • Mandatory inspection, testing, and certification documentation (including O‑QA, C of C, and electronic signatures). • Strict traceability, quality‑system (ISO‑9001, MIL‑I‑45208) and configuration‑control requirements. • Delivery must be preceded by acceptance of certification data via WAWF to Portsmouth Naval Shipyard.
