VS26 - Tinian Sources Sought: BLS, MHE, Linehaul, Catering, Transportation

The 921st Contracting Battalion is conducting market research to identify vendors capable of providing Base Life Support (BLS), Catering, Transportation, Material Handling Equipment (MHE), and Line Haul Transportation on Tinian in support of VS26. The requirement supports a training exercise from 31 May - 10 July 2026 for up to 250 personnel. Vendors must demonstrate the ability to operate on Tinian, including compliance with CNMI environmental rules, waste disposal restrictions, potable water sourcing, and UXO-restricted areas at North Field. The scope of work includes: • Base Life Support (BLS): portable latrines, handwash stations, light sets, ice, dumpsters, tents, cots, generators, showers, grey water removal, potable water, and reefer • Material Handling Equipment (MHE): 10K forklift and 20K forklift with operators • Line Haul Transportation: flatbed truck with operator • Catering: morning and evening hot meals, including protein, fruit/vegetables, and starch, with an active/approved Food Water Risk Assessment (FWRA) for food preparation sites Vendors must submit a one-page capability statement addressing their capabilities on Tinian, company profile, relevant past performance, and mobilization lead time.
