T2647 - Printing: New Jersey Travel Guide Production & Ad Sales

The State of New Jersey is seeking a vendor to produce and sell advertisements for the New Jersey Travel Guide. The selected vendor will be responsible for creating a universally accepted database file, charts and graphs, advertising, layout and design of the publication, creative writing, proofreading, prepress finished pages from disk files, and photography. The vendor will also be responsible for printing, quality control, shipping, and delivery of the guide. The contract will be for a period of one year, with the option to extend. • The vendor must demonstrate experience in producing and selling advertisements for travel guides. • The vendor must have a good understanding of the tourism industry in New Jersey. • The vendor must be able to provide a detailed plan for creating and selling advertisements for the guide. • The vendor must be able to meet the deadlines and requirements set forth in the contract. • The vendor must be able to provide a price schedule and cooperate with the State in the payment of budgeted funds.
