RFP - Development Opportunity for Former Sun-Star Site

The City of Merced is seeking a qualified developer to purchase and redevelop a 5.5‑acre former Sun‑Star site (approximately 32,000 sq ft building) located at 3033 G Street. The developer must submit a comprehensive conceptual development plan, economic pro‑forma, team qualifications, and related documentation. The City will sell the property on a cash‑only, “as‑is” basis with a minimum bid of $1.8 million and retain a right of reverter.
