Budget estimate

$100,000 – $300,000

Based on typical rates for forest fuel‑reduction work in Montana (approximately $500‑$1,500 per acre depending on terrain, equipment, and labor intensity), the 183.3‑acre project would likely fall in the $100 k to $300 k range. The lower bound assumes minimal access difficulty and basic equipment, while the upper bound reflects challenging terrain, higher labor rates, and the added costs of compliance with fire‑safety and bear‑habitat requirements.
