Description
The Eugene Water & Electric Board (EWEB) is seeking bids for the construction of transmission and distribution water mains, storm drains, sanitary sewers, and replacement of distribution water mains on W 23rd Avenue from Lincoln Street to Amazon Parkway. The project requires contractors to notify, coordinate, and comply with City of Eugene construction standards. A voluntary pre-bid meeting will be held on April 29th, 2026.
