System Engineering/Software Integration (SESI) Pre-Solicitation Synopsis

The U.S. Navy’s Program Acquisition Executive Mission Systems plans to award a sole‑source contract modification to Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems for System Engineering/Software Integration (SESI) services. The modification will realign Level‑of‑Effort (LOE) hours and cost among existing CLINs without increasing the overall LOE ceiling or contract value.
