Rural Health Switched Ethernet Connectivity

The State of Arkansas is seeking bids for Rural Health Switched Ethernet Connectivity services. The goal is to provide cost-effective Ethernet services to support the State network, which is operated by the Division of Information Systems (DIS). The services will be used to support the Arkansas Department of Health (ADH) and other State agencies. The contract will be for an initial term of four years, with the option to renew for up to three additional one-year terms. The bid submission deadline is March 13, 2024. • The services will include Ethernet connectivity for 94 Rural Health Care sites in 75 counties in Arkansas. • The Contractor will be responsible for providing end-to-end circuit billing and for ensuring that all billing errors are corrected in a timely manner. • The Contractor will be required to work with DIS to establish a mutually acceptable electronic billing media. • The Contractor will be responsible for providing a conference bridge or web-meeting for bill review meetings. • The Contractor will be required to certify that they are not engaged in a boycott of Israel or any other prohibited activities.
