Reading & Video Materials

The Harlingen Consolidated Independent School District (HCISD) is seeking qualified vendors to supply a comprehensive suite of reading and video materials for its schools. The solicitation covers a wide range of library and classroom resources, including books (both physical and digital), audio‑visual titles, video equipment and accessories, binding and repair services, catalog cards, signage, and related classroom supplies.
