The Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command, Pacific (NAVFAC Pacific) is performing a market survey to determine if other potential sources of supply can provide a transformer protection relay that has equal performance requirements as the SEL-351S-7, manufactured by Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories (SEL). The required characteristics of the protection system relay include feeder protection, breaker control and protection, feeder monitoring, reporting and monitoring, and panel control switches.
